Forgot to ask you. Did you ever try the Toyota RAV4?
The new one is pretty comparable in size and power with the CRV.

No i did not like the RAV4 dunno why it is uninteresting interior wise- a typical toyota product

Not such a fan of toyota either.

Further it is very small I will not fit in so easily

Did not physicall test drive just go by the dimensions in the catalogues.

The RAV4 I believe has a bit more power in it.

Interior wise, I think they are pretty much the same..more head space in one and more leg space in the other.

yeah, but its a Toyota ;)

RAV 4 was never in my consideration it is small compared to CRV in length size. Take a time to visit the showroom and test the CRV you will also agree.

Further if I am going to consider toyota I would stretch my budget and go for a prado

I like the exterior rugged look of prado however, lack of safety features, dingy interriors, the basic models come with an undersized engine , being big makes parking options limited.Infact I was hesitant for MRV becos of the size

I live in Bur dubai near Musalla road ,there is no baseemnt parking available in my building ( all of them are filled). So parking is on the paid slots Prado are extremely difficult to squeeze in b/w two vehicles. My neighbour has a tough time doing that leaves it in the pavement most of the time.

By the way check this website out www.drivearabia.com very useful in terms of pricing .you dont need to rush to the dealer everytime. Prices are more or less accurate.

i drive on an average at 100 -120 km/h not more than that in Dubai

while on the high way might go upto 140 km/h never gone beyond that.

Somehow the milege was better before the first service i felt but dunno i did not keep track.

another photo

By the way the lrgroom in thr back is good however it cud be better.

the glove box in the middle of the first two seats cud have been moved further ahead so that the middle passenger can be more comfortable
(there is space as the gear lever is convineantly on the dashboard, there is space in b/w , I have put in some stuff, maybe they intended for passengers to switch the drivers seat without having to move out of the car but how often do u need that ?/ ;-))

It is stilll better than any toyota rav 4 or why even a prado in terms of rear seat comfort

Honda sure knows how to build cars the rear seat feels like ur couch at home

Dunno how it compares with a Porsche never been in one so far

The Cayenne and Prado are roomier. The Rav4 is very very roomy (Caprice standards, ever sat in the back of a new one?) but the seats might be a little too firm. The rear seat of the CR-V might be plush and comfy but I sat in the back of one and it lacks overall room (I am 6'-6'1").
Anyway, enjoy your new ride! :) The Outlander is already out BTW.
Give respect, get respect.

hmm i thought the center console could be moved forward as that would give more legroom for the rear passenger.
